The Jobs Gateway in South Eastern Europe CoP is honored to host Zrinka Spoljaric, an expert from the Croatian Ministry of Labor and Pension System to share Croatia’s experiences on a reform aimed to reduce informal employment. The seminar will provide insight to Croatia’s initiative to introduce a voucher system for social security contributions for day workers. The presenter will also highlight the implementation practices and share successes and challenges. The presentation will be followed by questions and answers and a discussion on how such reforms can best be implemented in other countries, specifically in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia.
